PLEASE NOTE: Nightly minimum of 2 nights on all rooms and sites throughout the year. During Peak season and holidays, rooms and sites excluding the sheep wagon carry a 3 night minimum. Peak season includes mid April-early June and late Sept though early Oct. Exceptions can sometimes be made on number of nights based on volume of reservations for that time period.

HUNTER'S HIDEOUT
This well appointed suite boasts an avid outdorsman's themed decor and has a private entrance, private covered porch, full well stocked kitchen and den separate from the bedroom. Bedroom ideally sleeps up to 4 on a queen and 2 twin beds. but can acommodate up to 6 persons. (additional fee applies to over 4 guests) $150/nt

Not just accommodations, but an experience! Our unique hard sided glamping wagon was custom designed to model the historic western and European sheep wagons. Forget rustic, this space is complete with modern amenities like a super comfy queen bed, an outside gas grill, inside sink as well as a microwave, coffeepot and 6 pack fridge. Window and tabletop fans as well as a floor heater are provided for your comfort. A retractable table with bench seats inside create a space for meals or games. Under the bed there is a cool "den" with plug ins perfect for can curling up on a fluffy rug with a book or suitable for a small child or dog to sleep. Your own private area outside includes a tree covered sitting area with picnic table, fire pit and hammock. NEW ADDITION April 2024: Step right out the door of the wagon to enjoy a covered deck with rocking chairs that gives you the perfect space to stretch out for a morning coffee or afternoon beverage when you want to escape the sun or rain. Personal facilities, strictly for wagon guests only, include an enclosed outdoor portable toilet and shower with on demand hot water. $75/nt, 2 persons
RV SITES 1-4
RV SITES
All 4 sites have electric and water hookups and all picnic tables. Two sites are together near the house and two sites are secluded downhill near the paddocks. We can easily accommodate horse LQ trailers 42 ft. PLEASE NOTE: There is no dump station nor bath house-you must be fully self contained including grey and black wast tanks. Paddocks are shaded, wooden fenced and roughly 60x60ft. Due to space limitations, only one paddock will be available per LQ site reservation. You are welcome to separate your equines in the paddocks with hot wire if needed and upon arrival, we can let you know if you spread out to other paddocks if we are not fully booked. $40/nt, 2 persons, one vehicle.
