~Proof off negative Coggins required PRIOR to unloading. 

 

~Horse riding guests will need to arrive no later than 9:00 pm or will be subject to a late check in fee. Gates will be locked at 10 pm and guests will not be accepted. 

 

~Signed liability waiver required for all horse guests.

~Stalls and paddocks must be mucked of manure and free of hay prior to departure to qualify for full security deposit refund. 

​

~Stall use requires 2 bags of shavings for 1-3 days use and then 1 bag every other day thereafter.  We may have bags available at $10 but ask ahead. 

​

~DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

~Guests with horses MUST muck manure and residual hay from paddocks and stalls to qualify for security deposit refund. 

 

~ Expenses related to damage and repair of the paddock or stall boards due to cribbing or other equine behavior will be deducted from your deposit. Zero tolerance for tree cribbing. Bring a grazing muzzle if your equine cribs. 

 

~ Deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of check out.Important contacts that you hopefully won’t not need:

 

~ Stained towels and washcloths will be deducted from your deposit. Makeup wipes are provided for you in order to prevent this.

~ Carpet stains from not removing shoes will forfeit deposit.
