Our Property
Bring your horse on vacations! Our property features a wrap around porch with abundant solitude on this 10 acre horse farm in the Sumter National Forrest of the SC Upstate-mountain region. Plenty of horse and hiking trails to roam, hammocks and swings that beckon your name, a common fire pit to share your days adventures by and several overnight options for you and your horses! No loaging up needed! We have direct access to Rocky Gap Trails (commonly known as Whetstone). I am sorry but we DO NOT offer horse rentals or guided trail rides. No horse? That's ok. We welcome all adventure seekers to come stay! Come visit us soon!

Nestled within the heart of the Sumter National Forest of the nearly undiscovered SC Upstate, our B&B is perfectly located for the weekend get-a- way or a leisurely mid-week holiday. Enjoy very close proximity to endless outdoor adventures this area has to offer including clean, cold mountain lakes, rivers, streams, over 150 waterfalls, numerous hiking trails, a new mountain bike park and 30 miles of horse riding trails.

Rooms & Rates
Come stay in one of our individual rooms or our fully self contained suite at our lovely Bed and Barn. Each room has a private entrance and a personally decorated theme.
Prefer to camp or need a place for your horse? We have you covered with that too! New this year is a glamping sheep wagon with queen bed, water and power. And RV sites with water and power hook ups are available too. We can accommodate living quarter horse trailers up to 42 foot. Horse accommodations include options of paddocks and stall. No meals served at this time.
